Merritt Capital Partners, Ltd. was formed in October, 1999 by Marshall and Joe Merritt to purchase and develop commercial real estate properties.

Properties targeted for acquisition are typically shopping centers priced between one and ten million dollars and land suitable for retail development.

Merritt Capital Partners, Ltd. also provides equity investments for commercial and residential development. We provide property management, leasing and brokerage services for company owned properties and third parties.


Merritt Capital Partners recently purchased 9.6 acres of commercial land on US Highway 380 at the
entrance to the Providence Village subdivision. MCP is selling pad
sites and developing for single tenant users.
