Marshall has been in the oil, gas and real estate business in Dallas since 1984. After working for a large, publicly held natural gas corporation, he formed Merrimac Energy Corp. in 1990 to acquire, drill and operate oil and gas properties. From 1995 to 1999, Merrimac was active in acquiring and developing real estate properties. In October 1999, he formed Merritt Capital Partners with his brother, Joe Merritt. Since that time, he has focused on acquisitions and development of land and retail properties. Marshall graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1984 and holds a Texas real estate license. |

Joe has been working in the commercial real estate business in Dallas since 1985. He was employed by small development and investment companies (J.D. Simms & Co., Sterling Projects, Inc., and S&B Financial, Inc.) and large brokerage companies (CB Richard Ellis & Transwestern Commercial Services) focusing on leasing and management. In 1999, he formed Merritt Capital Partners with his brother, Marshall. Joe manages and leases the company-owned properties and provides brokerage services to third parties. Joe graduated from the University of Texas in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and holds a Texas real estate broker's license. |

Thomas joined Merritt Capital Partners in April 2005. His primary focus is on the acquisition and development of land and retail properties. He previously worked for Lincoln Property Company in Dallas. Thomas graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. He received a Masters of Business Management from Texas A&M University in 2003. |

Nancy joined Merritt Capital Partners in January 2006. Her primary focus is property management and accounting. She previously worked for Hillwood Capital in the marketing and sales center for the W Hotel & Residences. Nancy graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. |

Drew joined Merritt Capital Partners in September of 2006. His primary focus is property management and marketing. Drew also works with Joe Merritt in the leasing of company owned projects. He previously worked for The John Bowles Company where he was responsible for the leasing of various retail centers as well as office buildings in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Drew graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and holds a Texas real estate license. |
